The product is damaged or defective upon delivery

Opened or used drilling fluids/chemicals
Consumables that show signs of use
 
 
3. Process
 
Notify us within 7 days of receipt
Provide supporting photos or documentation
We will arrange for inspection and pickup
 
Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days via bank transfer or credit note.
